OFFMODE_OS
A proprietary operating system that runs an entire growth organization through a unified network of AI agent crews — collapsing the cost, headcount and inconsistency of a full marketing department into self-hosted, infinitely scalable infrastructure we own end to end.
One brain.
Every channel.
Owned distribution.
Growth teams today are a stack of disconnected SaaS tools and expensive humans. OffMode_OS collapses the department into coordinated agent crews sharing one context layer — research, copy, creative, media buying and organic distribution, running around the clock.
The moat isn't the agents. It's the unified brain plus a distribution network we own — not rented from a platform.
Built crew by crew
Each crew runs a Manager → specialist structure. Every agent wraps a custom toolset around a proven framework — like the proprietary direct-response copywriting methodology — and shares context through the central brain.

Watch the org work — at scale
Every agent renders as a character in a pixel-art office: walking, sitting, typing when writing, reading when researching, raising a flag when it needs you. Managing the fleet feels like playing the Sims — except the output is real revenue.
Paired with our existing OffMode_OS HUD dashboard — runs, flows, device manager, account manager, viral engine — already in build.
Channel rollout
The same research + creative engine re-targets to each channel. Organic runs the identical toolset under a different strategy.
The hardest piece to copy
An owned network of accounts — built and operated since 2013 — running on self-hosted hardware, real Android devices, SIM cards and 4G proxies. Competitors can't buy this off a shelf.
The hardware advantage
Based in Asia with direct sourcing into China & Vietnam — compute acquired at the lowest possible cost, hosted and managed in Indonesia by the same team that builds the software.
| SERVER RACK | ~$10K per rack · 5 boxes · manages 100+ profiles / 500+ accounts each. Expandable. |
| AI SUPERCOMPUTER | Dedicated rack running self-hosted open-source models — owned, removing long-term API dependency. |
| DEVICE FLEET | Hundreds of real Android devices + SIM cards + 4G proxies powering the account network. |
| TEAM | Two developers in Indonesia — front-end + back-end — running both the software build and the hardware. |
| STACK | Open-source database + dashboard, Pixel Agents visualization layer for live fleet monitoring. |
VERIFY: pin the target self-hosted model + a benchmark number before the partner meeting so the "owned AI" claim holds under questioning.
vs. Tegra (tegra.co)
Tegra — the benchmark
- Agentic AIs run Facebook ads
- Research + media buying
- Email & SMS campaigns
- Strong model, sharp site
OffMode_OS — further
- Everything Tegra does, unified under one brain
- Owned organic distribution network
- Self-hosted compute + owned AI
- Multi-channel: Meta · Google · TikTok
- 10K posts/day across owned accounts
What $100K buys
Not a product license — founding access to an engine years in the making. One partner. One door. It closes behind him.
founding access
The full engine
His own private, proprietary instance of OffMode_OS — the complete operating system, exclusive to him.
Owned AI model
A dedicated AI fine-tuned to his business and portfolio. In-house, proprietary, his.
50% of capacity
Half of all hardware usage across the rack network we build, host and maintain.
Paid ads, all channels
Create + run ads across Meta, Google & TikTok. Plus email & SMS. Research running 24/7.
Distribution network
Organic creation + posting across the owned account network — scaling toward 10K posts/day.
Built for his business
Our team builds it piece by piece, custom-tailored — customer service, SMS, back office, whatever he needs.
We run everything
Hosting, API, electricity, maintenance — all covered by us. He just runs his business.
Free on completion
Once the build is finished, he accesses the finished software free of charge, forever.
// He gets
- Exclusive proprietary access — no other partner, ever
- Full usage rights + the ability to scale
- A done-for-you growth engine running his whole portfolio
- Every cost covered — pure usage, no overhead
// We keep
- The IP — OffMode is our company, years in the making
- The secret sauce, developed & maintained internally
- Our own brand portfolio running on the same engine
eff. CPM
Valuing organic reach at just 8–25% of targeted paid — a deliberately steep discount — the distribution channel alone is worth $100K–$300K/month. The low end recovers the entire founding access in month one. Paid ads, the owned AI, and the full engine are all on top of this.
DEFENSIBLE: organic is explicitly discounted 4–12× vs paid because it’s untargeted reach, not targeted spend. A partner can argue the exact discount, but not the conclusion — even at 8% of paid CPM it clears $100K/mo. Lead with the $100K floor; treat $300K as upside. These are reach-value figures, not revenue.
What it costs to run
Lean by design. We host and cover everything — the partner pays nothing ongoing. Two phases: launch, and scaled to 10 racks + 2 supercomputers.
| Monthly line item | Phase 1 launch | Phase 2 scaled |
|---|---|---|
| Developers2 × $1,500 — build + hardware ops | $3,000 | $3,000 |
| AI fine-tuner$10K build month → retainer | $10,000 | $5,000 |
| Residential proxies$10/proxy · 5 accounts each | $1,000500 accts | $2,0001,000 accts |
| Power — computeIndonesia ~$0.10/kWh | $5768 kW | $2,88040 kW |
| Power — AC / coolingtropical overhead ~50% | $288 | $1,440 |
| Recurring monthly | ~$14,900 | ~$14,300 |
| + One-time SIM cards ($4 ea, shipped) | $2,000 | $4,000 |
Phase 2 adds accounts & power but the AI fine-tuner shifts from build cost to retainer — net opex stays ~$15K/mo. SIM cards are per-account, one-time.
At the $300K high end, margin runs ~95%. The engine is cheap to operate because it’s self-hosted and AI-run — the cost base barely moves as output scales.
ESTIMATE: power assumes ~$0.10/kWh Indonesia industrial + 50% cooling overhead; Phase 2 = 10 racks × 2kW + 2 supercomputers × 10kW. Proxies/SIMs scale linearly with account count. Adjust these inputs as real quotes come in.
